“This is a nice rest stop McDonald's. The only reason I didn't give five stars for atmosphere is because let's be real how much atmosphere can you get at a rest stop? Other than that the food was up to par the service was good and fast so high marks from me. We stop at this rest area fairly often on our trips up and down the East Coast.“
“My reward points speaks volumes..lol....I can eat free for a week and I have..lol. I love the Fairfield location, food is always hot and order always exact. And on those rare occasions, they definitely go above and beyond to make amends.. and see to it that they appreciate your patronage.“

“I was driving up to CT today and I stopped at the Fairfield service center for a coffee. Seems only McDonalds and Dunkin’ Donuts are left here. Most kiosks are empty.
I got my coffee from McDonalds and it was very good. Tasted fresh, not stale.
Service lady was very friendly and got my coffee quickly even though they were fairly busy.“
“A very pleasant surprise. Although this isn't the mcdonald's we thought we went to last time it ended up being a great choice. The restaurant was clean and orders running smooth. The coffee tasted fresh and beyond expectations. I had trouble with the kiosk the manager was able to assist me at the register and I was even able to redeem my monopoly prize of a free small coffee. I'd definitely go back for another meal.“
