Cava Wine Bar & Wood Grill in New Canaan is exactly what you hope for in a high-end Italian restaurant and wine bar. The food was truly exquisite. I’m vegetarian, and they had no problem modifying my pasta to fit my diet without sacrificing any flavor being rich, balanced, and beautifully plated.
