“I've driven past this place for years. Finally stopped in and tried it. Went back the next day... need i say more. Some of the best Chinese food I've had in a while. The pork in the pork fried rice isn't overcooked. Its all good, must try“

“Great menu with so many choices very different than what you get from other Japanese restaurants in the area. I ordered much too much, but was very happy with my selection. The menu includes pictures of their sushi appetizers, special rolls and many of their offerings which I found really helpful. Started with Miso soup, full of flavor, seaweed and tofu.The Naruto and Christmas rolls were great, full of flavor and the presentation was beautiful. I also ordered Shrimp and Veggie Tempura - tasty, fresh but I thought had too much batter for my taste. Pricing is similar to other places, but the selection is incredible and the portions are not skimpy. They also offer lunch specials, noodles, soup, etc. but the special rolls are a must. This will be my go to place for sushi in the Danbury area. Highly recommend!!!

“My friend and I had lunch today here. Yokohama Restaurant is wonderful. The food is delicious, the wait staff courteous and friendly, the prices are very reasonable and the restaurant is casual with nice background music. It is not a fancy place at all, but that didn't matter to us. We shared the steamed vegetable dumplings which were delicate and delicious, the fried calamities which was very crunchy with large pieces of squid and the best I've ever had. We each got a box lunch which is $15 and includes 3 shumai, 4 pieces of California roll with wasabi and pickled ginger, white rice and the main event - mine being the shrimp tempera included 2 huge shrimp and vegetables tempera. My friend had the chicken teriyaki box lunch and both were delicious. And somehow we decided to get dessert, and split the mango-raspberry sorbet which was lovely. We will definitely return to Yokohama!!!“

“I have never dined in, however; I often get takeout. The food is delicious. The service is good as well. I recommend! Whenever I want a nice miso or clear soup, this place is my go-to. I love a lot of the items on their menu from the chicken dishes to the tempura :)“

“I've been here a few times now a lot of the other all you can eat places have closed up this place has an amazing selection between Chinese and Japanese food it's never very overcrowded when I go here and never had a long wait they're always friendly and very attentive constantly bringing you menus asking you if you want more I think this is the newest go to place for all you can eat sushi“

“Amai Sushi has the best quality fish and seafood in Brookfield! Amber, the owner is wonderful. She takes time to suggest and explain offerings. I recently had the pleasure of the 10 course Omekase. What a beautiful a scrumptious meal! A birthday treat from a dear friend. Definitely worth the splurge. Buttery sushi, delicious uni (sea urchin roe) and a small piece of highest quality Kobe beef. Great king crab and avocado appetizer and scallop hand roll. Caramel custard dessert. Delicious chilled plum wine. Worth the splurge!“

“Just delicious. I tried Edo II for the first time yesterday. Had the Boolgogi and Jaeyuk-gooi - absolutely delicious. The meats are cooked perfectly. Good serving side. I will be going back for more to share with the family. Best food I have eaten out in the area in the past few years!“

“Took visiting friends here for dinner and had a good time. We had a couple of vegetarians in the group and they had got options as well. Service was fast and the chef was very nice - he entertained with the performance while also being friendly. The cocktails were good and we left the place stuffed after the meal.“
