B & M Quality Delicatessen is a top-notch deli in New Haven, serving exceptional food despite some drawbacks. The new owners bring quality and dedication, filling the shoes of the previous management. Their subs are generously portioned, with a bacon, sausage, egg, and cheese sub featuring a whole package of bacon and Italian sausage. The steak and cheese sub is also a highlight, meeting all expectations with sliced ribeye and caramelized onions. While prices may be steep, the quality and freshness of the ingredients make it worth the cost, especially when shared with someone. The friendly employees add to the experience, making it a must-visit for a delicious breakfast or lunch. For those craving a savory sandwich or burger, this deli is the place to go, with favorites like the Bacon Egg & Cheese and STK & cheese on a hard roll.
