I had a wonderful experience at shake shack in New Haven. The team moved fast to get all orders out. I ordered the double shack burger with bacon cheese fries and they were soo good. The burger was juicy still and the fries were extra crispy just like I asked. There was a minor hiccup with my shake but this lady Niyonna fixed everything for me. Letting me know that they were very sorry for the inconvenience and had them remake it to satisfy me and threw in a free shake voucher...
The food was great well cooked and everything. The service wasn't good The workers are rude and act unprofessional. One of the workers were talking to their friend I was waiting for my food it was ready I asked how much more minutes I was in a hurry and they gave me a attitude look and and kept looking me up and down and didn't answer my question. The atmosphere is very clean
I’ve been going to this location since it opened and you can tell that they’re putting a lot of effort to reinvigorate things. Great service, very clean, and the space has been rearranged/cleaned up. Very nice job! Food was also great.
