Recent Reviews

My husband and I have enjoyed Geronimo's in New Haven for years. We've always felt the drinks were phenomenal and the table side guacamole a hidden gem. This visit the food was OK, table side guacamole didn't seem to have enough bacon or corn, music being played was too loud and the drinks were not up to par. Will give it one more try.

We had a 6:15 outdoor reservation and it was a beautiful night for the patio. Service was good and food was good as usual. Only weird thing is that ad soon as we sat down, a woman came over and told us that there was another reservation for our table at 7:15. I said, well our reservation is for 6:15..? She told us she was just told to come over and tell us that. We stayed past 7:15 and no one ever said anything, but it was just weird.. Like, who gives out a reservation for 1 hour?...

We sat outside on the patio-- perfect ambiance prior to Shubert performance. Our server, Patrick, was simply amazing- thoughtful, just the right amount of attention, and helpful. We had the guacamole, which was over the top excellent, followed by quesadilla and tacos-- excellent. Have been there before, and will go back again.
