Milkcraft New Haven Reviews
When I came here the first time 2 years ago their service was much better. It's slowly going downhill. 30 mins before closing they ran out of bubble cones. They had multiple flavors out although they were on the menu. I got two scoops and a topping of frosted flakes in a cup. For $1.50, they gave me 3 frosted flakes. That's the best way to lose customers. They are stingy. I don't think they would lose money by adding a full topping. Probably never going back.
The cookie butter is amazing.
Delicious, super creamy ice cream

Milkcraft New Haven is a modern ice cream shop with friendly staff and a good menu. They offer cones, cups, and shakes, with flavors such as fruity pebbles, sea salted caramel with kettle corn, and cookie butter. The staff, especially Joseph, are known for their kindness and professionalism. Customers appreciate the clean environment and the delicious, fresh-tasting ice cream, including flavors like cookie butter and cereal and milk flavored on a waffle cone. The shop used to have liquid nitrogen ice cream, which made the experience really cool, but now it just scoops ice cream in front of you. Some visitors mention that the service can be disappointing, with issues like substandard customer service and long wait times, although others found the staff professional and knowledgeable. Parking can be difficult, as there is no dedicated lot, but nearby spots are available for a fee. Overall, Milkcraft offers tasty ice cream with a simple presentation, and while it could benefit from more flavors and better parking options, it remains a popular spot for a sweet treat.
