“Great customer service and food! Ordered a poke bowl through Postmates and noticed that it was taking a while to get delivered. Then I received a call from Pokemoto and the manager, Doug, explained that there were 3 people who came in and asked about my order, and then one person came on a bike and quickly took it and left. Doug told me that if I don't receive the order shortly that I should call back and he will have them make another poke bowl for me. I called back after a few minutes of not receiving my order and Doug said he already had someone working on another one for me. Amazing customer service!“

“Noticed a recent change in management and it’s been so much better. I can tell the new guys care about what they are giving out, the way it’s presented, the taste and the amount is prefect. Genuinely feel welcomed when I go back , they don’t forget a face. Even knows half my order?“

“This place has the BEST customer service!!! There was a very kind Spanish Girl working, she was awesome - great service & VERY fresh food. This girl deserves to be recognized & to get a raise!!! She was very patient with me while ordering, explained things on the menu I didn’t understand, and made the best Boba I have ever had. This place is truly 10/10 — FRESH FOOD, DELICIOUS - & amazing customer service!!!! You have to eat here!!! The food is also very healthy & fresh & delicious.“
