Best Caribbean food in the New Haven area, easily. Everything I’ve tried at Kool Breeze has been great- flavorful, fresh, and consistently on point. You can tell they really care about both the food and the overall experience. Beautiful inside, lovely ambiance.. it seems SO GOOD as soon as you walk in! I got the ox tails and it was some of the BEST ones I’ve ever had…and the plenty of juices falling onto my rice was just chefs kiss! I WILL be back verrrry soon! Thank you for your hospitality 💖🥰
