Ramen Kuro Shiro is a pleasant dining spot, characterized by its simple, clean, and well-maintained environment. While the ramen was decent, it left some room for improvement. First of all, Min is the man! Made our experience exponentially better by taking care of us.Second, the ramen has never disappointed in the roughly three years I’ve been going here. I gravitate towards the vegan options but I’ve had their non-vegan broths as well and they were stellar. A lot of places make salt soup and call it ramen. Not the case here. Flavorful and fulfilling.We also got the katsu and that gravy SLAPS! There’s a sweetness to it that is just barely noticeable...
