Nach einigen Restaurantbesuchen während unserer USA-Reise war das Essen im ROLi für uns ein absolutes Highlight. Wir hatten den Lachs – und der war schlichtweg hervorragend. Perfekt gegart, unglaublich aromatisch und geschmacklich ein echtes Erlebnis. Das Gericht hätte aus unserer Sicht ohne Weiteres auch in einem Sternerestaurant serviert werden können.

ROLI is an absolute gem in New Haven. Chef Roli is not only a wonderful chef, but a true artist in the kitchen. The food is incredible — thoughtful, flavorful, beautifully prepared, and clearly made with passion.
Every dish feels special, with the kind of attention to detail that makes a meal memorable. You can taste the care, creativity, and skill in everything that comes out of the kitchen. The experience is warm, personal, and genuinely impressive.

Huge fan of ROLi. Have visited many times, each incredible. My favorite spot in the restaurant is the bar, with Andres as the bartender. Drinks are unique and delicious. The food is consistently amazing. I order the bread, branzino and whatever side dish is in season. I love this new local favorite spot.
