I used to go to Chef Vincent's restaurant in Manhattan. Which was two hours and a half from my house in Pennsylvania. After Covid, I found out he was in New Haven Connecticut. New Haven's most inventive menu by far. Incredibly rich, dreamy dishes, great for sharing. The tables are nicely spaced, unlike a NYC restaurant of this caliber. Love this place.
