I don’t recommend. We wanted to cancel so we can go inside to order instead of delivery and before even finishing he cut us off and said to cancel the order and block the number to the employee before hanging up. Not very professional honestly
I tried calling them, but they were so rude to me because the person on the phone cannot follow with the card detail details. I was saying and kept telling me to go slower and slower because he couldn’t hear it as well but he later told me that he gives up and just hangs up on me.
It's okay just something like school pizza 😂

At Usa 1 Pizza, you can enjoy a delicious meatball sub with real meatballs. While the atmosphere may not be the most welcoming, the pizza lives up to New Haven standards with a unique taste. The restaurant is bilingual in English and Spanish, and offers a relaxing dine-in experience with three tables available. Despite one negative experience with customer service, the food quality remains consistent over the years. Just relax, grab your food, and enjoy without judging the environment around you.
