The dining room reeked of dirty cleaning solution. The food tasted good, freshly cooked to order. My friend didn't like the jerk chicken sandwich made with thigh meat. I liked the clam linguini pasta but the garlic was undercooked. My problem with the clam pasta was that the pasta and garlic wine sauce were $17, and the addition of 8 small clams was an extra $18! Cute little Shanty by the Sound. I really liked the ice cream. They have a soft serve machine that makes 24 ice cream flavors and you can add candy or mixtures in it like a Blizzard.The restaurant was a cute like shanty with outdoor sitting under a canopy. We ordered rhe lobster roll. The lobster roll meat wasn't the best but it's been a long time since my husband had the roll anywhere.It seemed a little chewy but it was my first time having a roll or possibly lobster. Great location after a day of fishing on the Klondike IX. It's your burger and fries, a Coney Island-style eatery. We were a party of three and had an assortment of food items. The overall consensus was, for the money and location it was a 5*. The guy waiting on us and the food coming out promptly was great.
