Burger is as good as they advertise! Our NY strip and Burger was cooked exactly as ordered. (Medium Rare). They taste of the steak (as per my wife) was perfection. Thought is was not as tender as expected. She says because it was cooked and the season, made up for the tenderness. The frozen Margarita was very good and the Sam Adams was served ice cold. The waiter, Peter, was on point. We sat outside. It was still warm and covered in case of rain. We had the patio to ourselves.
We always have our family functions there. The food is awesome, seasonal drinks are delicious, and the waitstaff so friendly and accommodating! Oscar does a wonderful job as owner/ chef. The atmosphere is just an added plus to our favorite restaurant.
I've been meaning to stop in the 202 Tavern for awhile.I had dinner with my family on Saturday night 10/26.It exceeded my expectations.Everything was excellent.The Servers were very nice and efficient.The Restaurant was very clean.I used to work at a few restaurants in my younger days..I looked into the kitchen..it looked very clean and organized..The restroom was very clean..The staff gave a nice goodbye ...thanks for coming when we left..The food was delicious.they even...
