While the bagels are great. 30 minute wait in the drive thru is NOT acceptable.
Absolute worst service. I waited for a half an hour for my order and watched an employee have her friends order done almost immediately after they got there. High school kids who don’t care, unless you have time to kill don’t go here.
I am a nurse I was doing a 16 shift and decided to order breakfast . I called them and the person that answered the phone called me sir , I had surgery on my voice box so I can sound raspy but I am a woman . I explained to the person on the phone I was not a man he became very rude and kept call me a man laughing and then hung up.
