“Food is 1000000/10. Our family (some vegan, gf, and no restrictions) each loved our dishes. The rasta pasta was easily the best I've ever had, and the favorite for all of us. The vegan beef and spring platters were perfection (flavor was insane). The ingredients were clearly fresh, and each dish was made to order, as we could see while waiting. I will say it was a long wait (~45 minutes), so order further ahead if you are doing take-out. However, it is very worth it for dishes made fresh with great ingredients. Highly, highly recommend Ethno to everyone! And thank you to the wonderful chef and owner who is doing an incredible job :)“
