You can taste the difference. Great taste and healthy made.
Finding good gluten-free options, that aren’t a lettuce wrap burger is really hard and not only was the burger amazing but the bun didn’t crumble! It was delicious! The fact that they use tallow instead of traditional oils, I think make a big difference in flavor. For the portion it’s a fair size and for the price it’s awesome. New best burger spot in Fairfield County, for sure!
Excellent burger. Top notch roll, great ingredients. I could a small (single) Tac Burger was perfect for me. This place is great.

TAC BURGER is a great local burger spot in Norwalk. Many say it is the best burger they have ever had. The ingredients are top notch, especially the Wave Hill bun, and the kitchen looks immaculate. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the owner is friendly and welcoming. The Tac burger with the queso fries is a favorite order. The noreaster burger and the bread are also mentioned. The portion is a fair size, and the price is reasonable. The environment is lovely. It is a spot to stop at every time in town, and a new best burger spot in Fairfield County.
