BEST CHICKEN QUESADILLA IN NORWALK! I’ve been eating here for years. Perfect portions, enough to share, and fair pricing. Food and price better than most restaurants. It is a good truck and they provide some seating during the warmer seasons.

They have refined their menu and expanded with a seating area. Maiz uses extremely fresh and high quality ingredients. I tried the Tortilla chips with the signature salsa. Their chips were super crispy and fresh and the salsa had the perfect amount of flavour. I also tried the cottage cheese grilled burrito which was delicious. We stopped here for a quick bite before hitting the road after we'd been exploring the area, and everything was fantastic! The menu isn't big, but there are plenty of options for everyone (I saw that they also have vegan options on the menu). We ordered an order of tamales and the chicken empanadas with olives and raisins, and it was all super good.
