I had a very nice meal tonight at Valentino's. I normally spend my monthly overnight for work in Stamford but decided to give Norwalk a try. Other then the price the meal was spectacular! Started off with some clams casino and the moved on to some veal saltambucca. Both were delicious but I couldn't afford do go here on a regular basis.
I've lived in Norwalk for 8 years now and I've been to every Italian restaurant. Valentino's has the best food among them if you exclude pizza (they've stopped making pizza). The only thing I would offer constructive criticism about is their wine list. Don't sweat it though, they have a $25 corking fee and we brought a Brunello di Montalcino. Valentino's Cucina Italiana is a cozy Italian restaurant that offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive, making guests feel like family.
