“If I could give 100 stars I would!! Mateo at the front desk is beyond excellent!! He definitely deserves a raise times 50! Coming from someone who has worked in the customer service industry for over 20 years, his customer service skills are absolute top notch!! The patience he has is incredible!! I booked with a third party (worst mistake) and had a huge issue with them upon my check in. He took excellent care of me and handled the situation very professionally (even though the third party site was being very unreasonable and unprofessional to him) but he kept his cool and handled the situation for me. Thank you Mateo, hopefully you will still be there when I come back next time!“
