Consistently one of the slowest franchises I’ve been to even when it’s not busy. Lack of a sense of urgency and either nonexistent or broken processes lead to confusion and lengthy waits. Store manager should focus on improving processes and morale. Food’s good and employees generally friendly but overall customer service could be better.

I usually go through the drive throughs at Dunkin and am never disappointed. I just tried the new brown sugar iced coffee and it was very delicious! I think it’s my new favorite 🙌🏽

Staff are always super friendly. However, I visited recently and they were completely out of napkins which was a bit disappointing. At my last visit, it appeared that the ceiling was leaking so there were buckets out to catch the leaks. Just looked unprofessional. Besides that, I do enjoy coming in for coffee.
