I ordered from the app at 5 pm. I got there at 5:25 and no one acknowledged me for ten minutes. Then they said they hadn't even started my order. Then I was told I had to wait 15 more minutes for chicken.. 45 minutes later , I leave with my big order. I get home and a whole meal is missing , the fish sandwich was supposed to be regular and no pickle. We get spicy with pickles and no tarter sauce.
