“I can not begin to describe the amazing experience we just had at this place. we went for brunch today. the three of us decided to try the bloody specials they had.. all truly unique. one was Italian with meat and cheese. there was a seafood one with ceviche and shrimp cocktail and the last was one with 2 large pork bellies on the side.. amazing!! we ordered 3 different entrees so we could all share. the smoked salmon frittata. wow! smokey..light.. creamy.. so perfect. next were chicken and mushroom crepes. holy crap! unbelievable!! the last was a steak sandwich where the beef just fell apart! outstanding! my friend had asked about a menu item that had been previously on the menu that she loved and they went out of their way to make it for us!! our dessert was a mimosa with purple corn and cinnamon.. unlike anything I have ever had before! A perfect end to an amazing meal! I can't say enough good things about this place! thank you! and I can't wait to come back for dinner!“

“This is my favorite breakfast restaurant in Eastern CT. I highly recommend the Mexican breakfast items. Huge portions and full of flavor. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the tables are often sticky and the washrooms can be filthy. They need a person dedicated to constant cleaning during business hours.“

“Justin and crew catered my son's wedding recently. He and his crew were wonderful to work with. They did an amazing job from the apps to the meal and desserts that were amazing! His love for people, good food and parties are his strong point/trait. Customer Service at its best! He made sure everyone had the best experience! Every dish was awesome and he WOW'd everyone at the wedding! We were so happy with La Stella Catering that we will be back there again with parties that we have and visiting his restaurant as much as possible. He deserves the highest ranking!“

“This is the kind of hole in the wall Chinese place that makes you wonder why is it so hard to make good Chinese food? Sesame chicken was delicious, yes it’s light and dark meat but I didn’t run into any gristle or bad pieces. The beef lo mein and pork fried rice were right on point. I’ve been to so many bad Chinese places I just had to give this one five stars.“

“We met my dad here on Sunday as it's 1/2 way between our homes. I had never been to Norwich or this pub before. It is such a cool place. It's an old factory building with many levels. We went all the way up to the roof top area. It was so neat up there! There were not many people on the patio at 1pm on a hot Sunday but that worked for us. There are many tables and bar seats all under umbrellas. We received good and fast service and the food came out hot and fresh. They have a brunch menu on Sundays. This looks like it would be hoppin on a weekend night. I would return!“

Some restaurants you can tell just want to take your money and are annoyed at small request made by customers but Engine 6 is not like this you guys come through for me on more than one occasion and I’m forever grateful. “Lobster ? roll absolutely delicious! It was warm and buttery and filled with lots of lobster on a medium roll. Thankfully not another "lobster roll" on a hotdog bun. Definitely recommend to anyone stopping by in the area for Foxwoods or Mohegan. This tastes way better than what they serve at the casino and at a reasonable price.

The seafood platter and hush puppies were great. Fish was so light, compared to other places that over batter. I saw a few reviews bashing the coleslaw, but it was great. I prefer the healthier, vinegar based slaw, found at most bbq places. We hope to try their lobster bisque and clam chowder next season!“
