“Very loud music. Lisa waited on me. I ordered 3 bacon snacks and was told I could get two. I looked puzzled. Then the girl said I can make you another but it will be hot. Ok? Why would they be a problem?
I am a long time Dunkin customer and used to ordering on the app. So usually my order comes right to be. While ordering my ice latte I asked to add a shot of espresso and almond milk. Not sure why she acted like that was an issue. But she did.
I think it’s great to have this at a rest area but the employees need to be a little nicer.
I mean after all I am a paying customer .
I think DD all over need to stop putting so much ice in the cup so you get 1/3 of the med cup of coffee. I’m not paying for ice.“
