I always get exceptional customer service at this location. Sometimes they are clearly understaffed and stressed, but nonetheless always polite and as fast as possible. Yesterday I was kind of having a bad day, I guess you could see it on my face. The cashier drew a smiley face on the cover to my cup. It made my day!
Went today to Rocky Hill Cromwell ave location. Held the door for a rude man who in turn was an employee there then I order my blackberry ice tea and the man taking my order has a girl make it and he asked her if she knew how and she wasn't fully sure well clear as day she asks about the black tea or green tea and I heard him say "you can use green tea or whatever you want" she in turn said to him "Aren't you supposed to ask the customer what they want" and he let her know to...read full review
