I needed a quick bight and did not want any other fast food in the area. I got a small coffee, grilled cheese and hash browns. The ladies who took the order and cashed me out were polite and kind. After I drove away and began to eat my sandwich, I felt something tough in my mouth and realized it was paper. I can get over the bad coffeee but paper in my sandwich as Im driving… Im lucky I didn't choke ! I will NEVER go here again. CHECK YOUR FOOD PATRONS!

Reluctant and resentful, inner-city unemployees that gossip about customers, when all you are doing is peacefully waiting for a pickup order. Bring back friendly local employees; it makes for a more pleasant atmosphere that encourages repeat business.

Had terrible experience. Asked for egg and cheese sandwich and got pieces of bacon in the packing. Though I do not eat meat. Went back and got it replaced, but the replaced one was not properly toasted. Had to ask to toast again. The staff was not serious at all for the job.

I almost never leave a bad review but this was the straw that broke the camel’s back. all I wanted was an ice coffee. Come through the drive thru and all is great…get home and fix my coffee and almost throw-up as it tastes like somebody poured a cup of Palmolive dish soap into my coffee. Oh well, get through some morning meetings and return to get a new coffee. No problem…get home and fix only to almost throw up again. Get through another set of meetings and need to run an errand so I stop to get credited so I can go up the street for a normal tasting coffee. NO SIR…girl was very defensive and rude accusing me of drinking half a coffee…coming back for another with an empty container. We WILL NOT credit you. Fine…I guess I needed a reason to stop buying DD altogether. I’ll just spend the extra .30 and go to Starbucks for ice coffee from now on. Will never eat or drink DD again for as long as I exist.
Sat at the drive through for almost 10 minutes with no reply behind 3 other cars, all of them got through before we pulled up to the window and when we talked to the worker at the counter (a blonde girl who looked no older than 19 years old) she was very rude and did not apologize for making us sit there with zero response. She insisted that the signal beeps when people are sitting there but despite that like i said we had no response. Keep in mind everyone that was in front of us was already through the drive through by the time we pulled up to the window so it was impossible for them to be backed up with orders. She should not be in customer service.

Ordered an egg and cheese bagel and frozen s’mores coffee at the counter and ended up with a bacon egg and cheese bagel, a plain medium frozen coffee with no sugar and one cream. Unfortunately I didn’t get the chance to check since I waited 10 mins for my coffee while everyone after me in line got there’s in a minute and I was almost late to work. The coffee was so gross. I tried to add my own sugar but it was not good. Waste of $6. They also don’t have a public restroom like most Dunkin’s I’ve been in… Won’t be ordering here again.

I come here quite often and they always make my coffee perfect but literally always forget to give me the donut that i paid for. this is the 4th time at this location that my donut wasn’t put in my bag and i’m unable to come back due to my daughters schedule. very disappointed.
