Ordered an egg and cheese bagel and frozen s’mores coffee at the counter and ended up with a bacon egg and cheese bagel, a plain medium frozen coffee with no sugar and one cream. Unfortunately I didn’t get the chance to check since I waited 10 mins for my coffee while everyone after me in line got there’s in a minute and I was almost late to work. The coffee was so gross. I tried to add my own sugar but it was not good. Waste of $6. They also don’t have a public restroom...

Excellent customer service! Pulled into the drive thru and asked to have a drink I purchased at a different Dunkin remade because it was incorrect. Without hesitation, they made me a new one and apologized for the mix up. I work across the street and have never had issues with this Dunkin location. Everyone is very nice, and provide swift service. Great job!

This dunkin is in a very unfavorable location.Aside from being in a nice convenient expressway, it is located very snugged within a plaza.Adequate room in the drive thru area, but VERY LONG WAIT. no room to go around drive thru as well, in case you decided you dont want to wait anymore, cant go around.Good food tho.
