Piece of Cake by Brittany is great for a last minute cupcake dessert. I walked in mid-afternoon and cleaned house for a variety of cupcakes for kiddos that were coming to my home and also had gluten free option for a brownie-raspberry dessert which my friend loved. I may have lucked out with the timing, but the staff were so welcoming and they made me an iced coffee while I waited. Picked up cupcakes and coffee cakes both were delicious!
I would just love to say the owner and the staff are wonderful, they accommodated my order very easily. Per policy I sent over all of the details via email then received my invoice that night. Very easy, the owner even made sure to stop her cookie decorating to go over a cake order with me. Highly recommend Brittany and her staff for all of your custom dessert needs. Bonus I picked up a delicious carrot cake scone today and that was phenomenal too.

Piece of Cake by Brittany LLC is a great choice for last minute cupcake dessert and custom dessert needs. A customer walked in mid-afternoon and cleaned house for a variety of cupcakes for kiddos, and also had a gluten free option for a brownie-raspberry dessert which a friend loved. The staff were so welcoming and made an iced coffee while waiting. The owner and the staff are wonderful and accommodated an order very easily. A delicious carrot cake scone was phenomenal too. A vanilla cake with Dave’s way filling for a husband’s birthday was delicious, with a sponge part that was soft and the perfect kind of moist, not too dry, not too airy. Dave’s way filling was just the right amount, not too sweet or overwhelming. The best funfetti cake was made for a son’s 3rd birthday, and cakes always look exactly like the inspo pictures. The most beautiful custom cookies were made for a daughter’s 21st birthday and were an absolute hit, tasting just as amazing as they looked. Attention to detail, professionalism and delicious treats exceeded expectations. A last-minute request for custom cookies for a baby shower was accommodated, bringing a vision to life perfectly with the most beautiful storybook and Beatrix Potter-inspired cookies that were almost too pretty to eat. They were absolutely stunning, delicious and received so many compliments from guests. Kind, responsive, and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Highly recommend for gorgeous, custom cookies for a special event.
