The new owner is rude & discourteous.
Instead of introducing herself to a loyal customer for 20 years with a smile and a handshake, she came out front and accused me of having free refills.
She was mistaken.
My first cup had hair in it so I dumped it out in the sink and poured another; the second cup was cold. To warm it up, I added a little more coffee.
Her customer service skills are horrendous.

Decided to give them a try again (hoping service and food would be better) but it was not! Went inside and ordered two sausage egg & cheese on everything bagels along with a side of bacon and it took almost 55 minutes for us to get our order. Absolutely ridiculous! Definitely won’t be coming back.
We truly enjoyed the service and the excellent bagels. I highly recommend it.
