“Was very impressed with the staff. We came during dinner rush and expected a wait but were sat almost immediately.Food took about 40 minutes to arrive, and my steak was very overcooked. ( here is where I'm impressed) they staff was amazing about it. The manager came and talked to us. Comped most of our meal! They went above and beyond to help correct the mistake!This is our "date night" spot. Normally, the food is ALL amazing. It was a one-off, and we will ABSOLUTELY be back!“

“Usually when I go to Parkville I go to the same few vendors. But this time, once I saw Birria tacos it called my name so I figured it was the best time and to try a new vendor at Parkville.I got myOrder in fast and only had to wait a few mini for my Order. It was a Saturday night but not as crazy busy as I thought it be.My Birria tacos were delicious! They were well stuffed with beef and flavorful. Meat was tender as well. I definitely was happy with them and it was more than enough!“

“let me first start by saying this restaurant gave me the upmost phenomenal customer service , that is usually not the case in airport restaurants , not only was I able to adjust the order by replacing the scallions with avocado ,while the restaurant being really busy with a line of customers behind me. The adjustment was reciprocated with a “of course why not “ a smile and upbeat attitude , the food also was great, I recommend the mandarin sesame salad every ingredient hits the right notes on your taste buds and will leave you wanting more. The price point is average for some but not for me $15 and some change I think is fair , but hey it’s an airport what do you expect , for the quality of customer service and quality of the food its worth every penny lol , Kayla susana and Monica were really great !! “After waiting for over 10mins at the bar and obviously being ignored by the female behind the bar KYLE SHOWED UP with his warm and friendly welcome! I was about to give 1 star but Kyle really turned the mood around for us. The drink was delicious and for $6, can't beat that! It took sometime to get our chips and dip. We did notice while waiting that the female behind the bar had zero interaction with us. Service was very slow“

“I stopped here while I was Christmas shopping at Westfarms Mall.The young man (Ketan) that was working the cash register was pleasant and friendly.I had my usual Bean Burrito. It took some time to get it, but this was a great example of how a Bean Burrito should be made.It was hot and fresh & very well done ratio wise. It is a little more expensive here in comparison with most Taco Bell restaurants, but it is in a mall so it is expected.“

“The amount of people rating a university moes one star is lowkey kinda sad, because this moes honestly does not deserve it at all. The food is great for a standard moes you would find anywhere else, i have had no problems with the food at all and it didn't taste like "nothing". The service was always way better then many moes i have been including the one that i used to have in my home town. I also wanna state if casper is seeing this you do realize that you were in the middle of a crisis right? The people working at the moes when you went prob had to be carefully and thats why it could've look like that.“

“I stop in here easily once or twice a week since I work very close by and the service, food, and staff are all great. While I wouldn't call my order complicated, I do have a standing "special request" for a couple extra Southwest vinaigrette on the side and every time the staff sees me they grab it for me. It may be a small thing, but working in this industry I know attention to detail matters. While I don't know any individual names of the employees, I recognize the same few people most time and just wanted to give them a shout-out, hoping that the company and management above them takes notice. This work isn't easy and I appreciate them!“
