In a world where the sidewalks are rolled up at 9PM, there is a shining beacon in Southbury - The Bevy and the AWESOME docents within!! Curated cocktails, food, & background music - an incredible enclave. Always surprising creations like the savory Parmesan-washed gem in the photo. The food is always fantastic - so much more than tater tots with nice twists & turns. But make reservations if you want a table or the comfy-curvey booth - they fill up fast!
Don’t order an appetizer. Get 5 costco soggy dumplings for $14. Only 2 tacos with fries for $18. I mean who wants fries with tacos? 2 small bao buns for $16. Drinks are good atmosphere is good. I won’t be returning though because honestly It seems like Costco food lol.
Spur of the moment meet-up with a long time friend and his wife turned out to be a very nice time as none of us had ever been to Bevy Co. Happy environment, great service and drinks as well as apps!
