Dunkin' Donuts in Southington

“I absolutely love this Dunkin. I go here most mornings on my way to work. The morning crew (especially the women) that are there on the week days are so personable and so sweet every day. Even though it's early in the am they give 100% to every order they take. It really makes my morning to see them. I will continue to go here to get my Dunkin. This is the best Dunkin Donuts in Southington (and there are quite a few)!“

“I can’t say enough great things about this location. Every member of the staff is phenomenal, they always have a positive attitude even when slammed with customers. I work right across the street so coming here is extremely convenient but even if it wasn’t I would take the extra drive to come to this location“

“I love this Dunkin Donuts. I havent had a bad order yet. But mostly the order taker in the morning (older woman I am so sorry I dont know your name). But her catch phrase is “enjoy your day”. Besides the great service she is the reason i stop here as opposed to the 5 other dunkins on the way and around my job! And check out the picture… its little touches like that. That turn this from a run of the mill fast food spot to a fine breakfast establishment.“

“I don't know what to say, the lobby wasn't open yet and I have to be at work before they open. We don't have Dunkin' in my area, so I pulled up to the drive-thru and I asked for her help to make me a coffee. I couldn't have made this coffee better myself. It was like she knew exactly what I meant by semi-sweet and smooth and creamy!.. I'm not used to bright shiny people at 5:00 a.m., most of the time there is tired as I am and they're ready to just get it together and go! These folks are awesome!!“

“Just went there. The drive-thru attendant made sure I really wanted a hot coffee, not iced. It made me think a while. But I still got the hot. They didn't have the donut I wanted, but I received a complimentary plain stick. Now that's going above and beyond.“

“I can't taste their food, because I only night a coffee. The counterperson was very nice and helpful. The store doesn't provide staff with a list of potential allergens in their food (in my case, it was dairy), so I was unable to buy any food. Clearly, it wasn't their fault. I did suggest they mention it to the franchise owner so they can have the information available when needed. The store was very clean and had an open concept feel. A plant or two might give it a less sterile feel; it's just a thought.“
