Dunkin' Donuts in Southington

“I absolutely love this Dunkin. I go here most mornings on my way to work. The morning crew (especially the women) that are there on the week days are so personable and so sweet every day. Even though it's early in the am they give 100% to every order they take. It really makes my morning to see them. I will continue to go here to get my Dunkin. This is the best Dunkin Donuts in Southington (and there are quite a few)!“

“I can’t say enough great things about this location. Every member of the staff is phenomenal, they always have a positive attitude even when slammed with customers. I work right across the street so coming here is extremely convenient but even if it wasn’t I would take the extra drive to come to this location“

“I’m going to try to describe two employees at this site, who are the reason for this review and deserve recognition for their hard work. A bald gentleman, who I know is a manager, who is always very nice and very fast. The other is a gentleman that may be new, with thick glasses and neck tattoos, who is ALWAYS smiling, is extremely friendly and cheery. This place isn’t perfect, but I know when either of these two are working, my order will be fast, correct and my interaction will be pleasant. You are lucky to have these two at your site. Please recognize them.“

“I love this Dunkin Donuts. I havent had a bad order yet. But mostly the order taker in the morning (older woman I am so sorry I dont know your name). But her catch phrase is “enjoy your day”. Besides the great service she is the reason i stop here as opposed to the 5 other dunkins on the way and around my job! And check out the picture… its little touches like that. That turn this from a run of the mill fast food spot to a fine breakfast establishment.“

“Just went there. The drive-thru attendant made sure I really wanted a hot coffee, not iced. It made me think a while. But I still got the hot. They didn't have the donut I wanted, but I received a complimentary plain stick. Now that's going above and beyond.“

“I can't taste their food, because I only night a coffee. The counterperson was very nice and helpful. The store doesn't provide staff with a list of potential allergens in their food (in my case, it was dairy), so I was unable to buy any food. Clearly, it wasn't their fault. I did suggest they mention it to the franchise owner so they can have the information available when needed. The store was very clean and had an open concept feel. A plant or two might give it a less sterile feel; it's just a thought.“
