As we walked through the gate to the “side door” we were greeted by the water view and a lovely outdoor seating area - for another day, too chilly today! We stepped in the door and were immediately welcomed by Noel. From that point on, we were cared for and fed by Noel and her amazing cooks and kitchen staff - thank you Carol, Lailla and Yordanos. The food was excellent, the decor of vintage tables & chairs, hanging rugs off the rafters (one designed and hand woven by Noel) and lovely photographs on the walls, was both elegant and homey. We wandered the book store and bought their cookbook. What a wonderful experience to share with a dear friend. I highly recommend this amazing restaurant experience to all those who love vegan offerings and enjoy an intimate caring environment. Excited to return soon.“

“We’ve been going here for about 4 years and are never disappointed. My husband and I love their Spanish options (best huevos rancheros I’ve been able to find outside of New York), but they also have eggs, pancakes, and other “classic” items. And this is just their breakfast menu! Their lunch items are just as delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly, service is fast even on a busy day, we LOVE all of the sauces on every table, it’s always clean, and they add new dishes pretty often to keep their menu fresh. “Amazing place to grab a salad, smoothie, or a wrap! We ordered takeout and they waited to dress our salad and fill the wrap until we got there so that nothing had the chance to get soggy, such a simple but brilliant way to enhance our meal! They also sealed my smoothie so it was possible to keep it in a bag or fridge until you’re ready to drink it which would be perfect for someone taking this as food on the go.

The quality of the food was also superb, the chicken was really tender and the greens were super crunchy. You can just tell they use high quality ingredients which makes the idea of paying $13 for a salad worth the price tag.

“Had dinner following my daughter’s graduation and everything was nothing short of excellent. We were seated promptly by a very friendly hostess. Our server was great and on top of everything. We have allergies and he went above and beyond to review the menu ensuring our meal was perfect. Food was excellent!! But when I got there there was some random dude there and he kept asking me all kinds of questions. Stuff like "what did you think was going to happen tonight?" and "Do you know what you are doing is illegal?" I was polite and offered him some of my delicious Plant Pizza pizza, pizza so loaded with toppings and cheese that you need to fold it in half to eat it, but he rudely refused. He made me feel like a bad person and I didn't even get to hang out with my sexy young friend. Then the cops showed up and long story short I won't be able to have any more delicious Planet Pizza pizza for a very long time.“

We had several apps including tomato toast, cukes & melon with feta, tuna and venison tartares and ribs - all very tasty. Food and fun drinks were top notch. “We came from Maine for the Soundside music festival and stayed in Norwalk. We ate here twice while in town for the weekend! We left our credit card on accident the first night and they held it for us! We’d forgotten coffee creamer for our air BnB so we asked the bar tender if we could buy a cup of cream. He gave it to us! Melissa was our waitress and she was great! Super friendly and great service. Over all AMAZING food and service!!! If we ever travel to Norwalk again we will definitely be back for some grub!“

“Great little restaurant, lively and colorful atmosphere. The only change I would make would be to make the pinchos appetizer a main meal with a bigger portion of pinchos and maybe some rice. They were so delicious. Also, the churros did not taste freshly made to order, they were cold and hard. Would not get those again. My plantain crusted cod was cooked perfectly and the coconut lobster sauce was delicious with it. Great menu.“

“Last night we were there for an early Birthday dinner for me! It's been a long time since we've dined at Ralph 'n' Rich's, but I will say that our food was delicious, & the service was superb! Brittany was our server, & she was awesome! I can't recall our busboy's name but he was great with bringing bread to our table, & refilling our water glasses as needed. I had the baby arugula salad special to start, & it was so tasty & the perfect beginning before having an old favorite of mine, linguine with white clam sauce. My hubby really enjoyed the Spiedina Romano which is a kicked up mozzarella appetizer that if he fully polished it off, he wouldn't have ate his Chicken Piccata then tangerine sorbet afterwards! Don't worry, we brought home leftovers to enjoy! Topping off things was a surprise singing of "Happy Birthday" when my tartufo came out! Reservations are strongly recommended especially for dinner, but Ralph 'n' Rich's is a gem that's had staying power in Downtown Bridgeport for many years. Go there & enjoy!“
