My husband and I love their Spanish options (best huevos rancheros I’ve been able to find outside of New York), but they also have eggs, pancakes, and other “classic” items. And this is just their breakfast menu! Their lunch items are just as delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly, service is fast even on a busy day, we LOVE all of the sauces on every table, it’s always clean, and they add new dishes pretty often to keep their menu fresh. Can’t say enough good things about them!“

The Fridays in the bars pretty loud for happy hour so if you want to sit and talk in the bar is not the place but they have lots of tables in the dining room as well as a beautiful outdoor patio you can eat on.Parking: The restaurant shares a parking lot with a liquor store, fitness edge and a physicians one, so parking depends. My boss is handicapped and we used the plaque for parking.“

“I grew up in Connecticut so I've eaten at many great seafood places but the Lazy Lobster has the best lobster roll I've had in years with a very generous portion of lobster. The buttered baguettes are to die for and I will be going back to try the ribs. “My husband surprised me with a dinner gathering at Red Lotus. Immediately upon walking in we were greeted by two staff members and the owner Larry. Gary was our server who I must say was by far the best server we have ever had. Gary and Larry truly made us feel like we were the only ones there (they had a full house) the food was delicious we were a party of 8 and all had different plates none of us were disappointed with our food. But when I got there there was some random dude there and he kept asking me all kinds of questions. Stuff like "what did you think was going to happen tonight?" and "Do you know what you are doing is illegal?" I was polite and offered him some of my delicious Plant Pizza pizza, pizza so loaded with toppings and cheese that you need to fold it in half to eat it, but he rudely refused. He made me feel like a bad person and I didn't even get to hang out with my sexy young friend. Then the cops showed up and long story short I won't be able to have any more delicious Planet Pizza pizza for a very long time.“

“During a five-night stay in the area, I ate here three times. It was delicious. I loved the bang-bang shrimp bowl and the shrimp and clam scampi. So good! I also enjoyed the salmon wrap with sweet potato fries, though it wasn't as great as the other dishes. While the food arrived quickly, the wait staff did seem overwhelmed, especially the bar. It took quit awhile to get a cocktail. If I'm in Southport again, I'll definitely eat here again.“

There was a crowd the whole time we were there.Your water gets refilled every time you drink an ounce, I love that.We tried the crispy artichokes and it was really, really, good, unique and just something I'd not had before. The pickled onion and jalapeño are a great combo in general and the whole thing worked.I got the burger which was not exciting. It came on an English muffin, which I wrongly assumed would be toasted, so it got a bit mushy. The burger itself was thick, but the flavor wasn't there. The tomato slice was from the top so it had the knot right in the middle, oops, and the moisture from the lettuce and tomato had nowhere to go bc if the thin English muffin. That was a bummer. It was like the meat hadn't been seasoned at all I mean no salt, no pepper.The accompanying onion rings were great. My aunts meal looked really nice, the chicken sandwich, I should've tried that.Brownie sundae was yummy, the staff were really great. The burger was the only low point.Parking: Don't park at the Audi dealership, they close the gate when the dealership closes. We parked on the side street across the road.“

Their cheese bread is AMAZING! fresh, light and delish! I walked out with 1 package of each type of bread they make!
