“Roseland may be the best pizza in CT and I do not say that lightly. Not only does Roseland hold its own with the Top 3 New Haven Appiza joints it may just creep into the top 2. Delicious, giant and affordable pies BUT it is the best pizza of them all the next day for leftovers and for takeaway.This place feels like stepping back in time as far as decor, but with pizza this good- who cares? “BADSONS is an awesome venue for a wedding! One of my couples booked me for their celebration at the brewery and it was a great time. The private event space is separate from the tap room (but still part of the same building and property), which is really nice.As a wedding photographer, one of my other favorite parts was getting outside. The brewery staff were very accommodating, helping us and guiding us around so that we were safe. You can also book a food truck to come and cater your event. Oh, and the beer is great, too.I highly recommend BADSONS if you're a beer lover and are looking for your wedding venue. Give it a look!“

“Really nice place. Big outdoor area with 4 separate fire pit spots and a lot of picnic tables. The inside is just as big with two fireplaces. My only issue with the place is they do not let you try a beer before buying it. I'm not sure if that is the policy or the beertender just didn't want to bother letting us (wife and I) try any. We probably would have stayed longer if we were able to try some beers I never had before. They also have a full bar area.“

“For my 70 th birthday I ordered to go a large broccoli rabe pizza with fresh garlic and cheese cooked crispy. They cooked my pizza perfect as always which is why I come here. I learned to communicate exactly as I would like it cooked so it comes right even though I know they know their stuff. It's my favorite place and because I live more than a half hour away I come here when in town. It's definitely worth a trip here! The customer service has always been very nice and above and beyond as well. The lady even gave me garlic knots as an extra. You can tell they really care about their customers. “This has always been one of my favorite Italian restaurants in the area for over 30 years. The food is always delicious, and the service is excellent. Please note that $100 lunch was for 2 people. We had a nice bottle of chianti, appetizers, 2nd person had a dinner portion and I had a luncheon special and dessert. Great value for all we had eaten which also included our tip.“

She was kind and attentive. She even asked us where we would like to be seated (booth, table) and the location (towards the front, center or back of restaurant). I wish every server did this! It makes a world of difference (especially for patrons who care where they sit).The food was remarkable. Top notch Asian cuisine that was fresh and delicious (especially the crispy General Tso chicken). We were just in time to take advantage of their 3 roll sushi lunch special, right before dinner started (3pm on Sundays). The ‘blanc’ fried rice tasted healthy (not salty) - we appreciate low sodium dishes when we’re dining out! It would’ve been nice if there were 1-2 additional spring rolls for the price. For drinks, we ordered the Emerald Lagoon and a Chocolate Martini. The martini wasn’t on the menu and it didn’t come out as expected — she asked what could be done better and to our surprise she brought out another one on the house that tasted superb. She took our recommendations and improved the drink right away. We were extremely pleased that our server took the initiative without us asking. Amazing menu, excellent with any food allergy you can think of (dairy, nuts, fish, grain, soy, eggs...), where the food is actually delicious no matter what your restriction is. Normally buckwheat pancakes taste a little gritty, but not these! These (vegan! GF!) ones are fluffy and beautiful and taste right like your childhood. Even the free refill coffee is excellent. “I grew up in Connecticut so I've eaten at many great seafood places but the Lazy Lobster has the best lobster roll I've had in years with a very generous portion of lobster. The buttered baguettes are to die for and I will be going back to try the ribs. I live in the area and have been wanting to try oxford pizza palace, it seemed to be greek style pizza. I ordered a large 16inch or so meatball pizza. I usually prefer my meatball toppings flat sliced homestyle cooked meatballs, these were more small chunks but otherwise good still and fresh tasting. The cheese and sauce kind of had a different taste I couldn't completely put together i guess, idk i was hungry and i could crush the whole large pizza in probably one sitting if i tried too haha They offer an 18inch xl pizza size as well and i think next time im gunna order an xl pizza maybe a different topping to try how they make other pizzas and what the toppings taste like. I enjoyed the pizza overall and will return again.“

“We ordered 2 pizzas and a few meals using the site called Slice when we searched for a phone number for Vincent's. We felt that there were 2 issues with our order. We ordered penne ala vodka and received penne with meat sauce. We also ordered a specialty pizza called Margherita pizza and we received a cheese pizza. We did contact the restaurant and we were told that the ticket they received had not stated penne ala vodka but it did say meat sauce. As for the Margherita pizza they make it slightly 'different' and we had received the correct pizza. It looked and tasted like a cheese pizza and there was no fresh basil in or on it at all. The menu states that the Margherita pizza is made with Plum tomato sauce and fresh basil topped with mozzarella cheese. So it is different as this description does not state that fresh mozzarella is used but we expected to have seen the green fresh basil in the pie and the sauce tasted similar to what was on our sausage pizza.If we are to order from them we will not use the App and we definitely will not order a Margherita pizza as we like it the way it is 'normally' made and not the 'different' way that the restaurant makes it. Otherwise the food was good.“
