Wow. I just had their Italian inspired pork belly sandwich at the Italian festival in Stamford. It was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. I was hesitant to write this review because it was so good I want to keep at a secret all to myself. I'll definitely be going back for more and hope they get a brick and mortar space soon!
so grateful i pit stopped at half full brewery to grab some brews and use the bathroom because i wouldn't have found this gem. the dry aged beef burger was probably one of the best hamburgs i've ever had!! juicy on the inside and crusted well on the outside whilst being inside a perfectly toasted bun. was a little disappointed there wasn't any toppings considering it was 15 bucks but it wasn't missed. and then the chicken cutlet!!! don't tell grandma but...
