“The beef sopas is eye opening. The chef mixed numerous sweet, aromatic roots and melons into the soup, ingredients that you typically see in very, very authentic Cantonese cuisine. These exotic ingredients does not break the flavor profile but only to enhance. I only had soup but if a chef can make a great soup then the rest of the menu cannot be bad. If there’s one thing that would make me come back to Stamford it will be this soup.“
