“Went to a Baby shower this weekend, the cake was beautiful, but more important it taste was wonderful, I asked where they got the cake from, and they said "Sonia's." The icing was not super sweet., and the cake was moist and just the right texture. Even though I did not purchase the cake, I wanted to write a review. I will definitely will be buying my cakes from Sonia's from now on. and recommending it to everyone..“

“Let me tell you! If you love sweets, this is the place to go. I'm hooked on the sweet potato cookie. I'm from the south. My mom can bake, and she bakes the best sweet potato pie. I don't eat anyone else's sweet potato pie, but the filling in this sweet potato cookie tastes like my mom's recipe! Oh my taste like home and made me cry! This cookie reminds me of holidays at home. If they're hot, I devour one in the car before I even drive off! They go well with coffee or alone. She has other desserts as well. You taste the butter and love in the cookies! The cupcakes are moist and dee-lish! You are always greeted with a smile. I'm so glad I found this gem in Bridgeport!“

“Elis Sweet Bakery did an amazing job on the cake for my daughter’s graduation from the Bridgeport Police Academy! The cake was not only beautiful, but absolutely delicious. We also ordered cupcakes, and they were a huge hit with everyone.

We chose red velvet and chocolate, and both flavors were moist, rich, and perfectly balanced. You can truly taste the love and care that goes into their baking.

“The donuts here are excellent - large, with a lot of filling in them - nothing like the small ones at Dunkin'. Unfortunately though, coffee here was just as poor (weak) as coffee at Dunkin'. Of course, if you find Dunkin' quality coffee acceptable, then this coffee will be fine, but to me it was a disappointment.“

“Absolutely amazing!!! The staff are always extremely nice and quick!! It is very clean. Sometimes there can be a line but it's worth it and at no fault of anyone, everyone wants the ice cream!! I would recommend Cold Stone. They also have cakes in stock or you can special order them which is great.“
