I went though the drive thru, The service was horrible. They were very rude. They did not get our orders, right, When we tried to correct them, they just gave us a attitude, i think they change us more then what suppose to. After, we was going to drive off. One lady. Was like you’re holding up my line mind you They was the one who was getting it wrong, so how did we hold up their line.
Layla from this dunkin is always awesome! She definitely deserves a raise or promotion. Definitely will make this my Dunkin moving forward! Thank you Layla

Dunkin' has received mixed reviews. Some customers have reported issues with order accuracy and availability, particularly at one specific location where the iced lattes have been described as tasting "weird." However, one standout employee at this location has been praised for her fast and accurate order-taking. The food has generally been regarded as good, and the staff is described as energetic. The atmosphere of the restaurant has been compared to a hospital cafeteria, with bare walls and minimal decorations. Some customers have suggested the addition of seasonal decorations or basic Dunkin' posters to improve the ambiance. Recent reviews mention that orders are often made perfectly, though sometimes it takes a little longer. One customer appreciated the flawless drive-thru service, with quick arrival and friendly greeting. Others noted that the inside is clean and nice, with a good atmosphere for breakfast or waiting for a car repair. Some customers experienced odd-tasting drinks, possibly due to melted ice, but still recognized the hard work of the staff, especially when making custom drinks. Overall, the location is appreciated for its good service, decent food, and improvements like new drive-thru menus and landscaping.
