“Large order placed at 1:15 on Sunday afternoon,was told 35 minutes,ok. Got there at 2, order wasn't ready until 2:45. Warm food was done first,hot dogs cooked in the microwave, cold food done last. Also she took an order, while I was standing there whating for mine,and completed that order... wtf. On top of this cluster f_&k she had no clue how to use a cash register. It's probably been 20 years since I've been there, Bob was great, Holly awesome, Chris wonderful. However Chris, I'll never go back, sorry“

In 45 years little has changed, especially the quality of the prepared foods. I was raised on Italian food, and this is as good as it gets. I have a job in Torrington tomorrow. I am an eggplant parm aficionado and it is excellent. We are just thrilled by the generosity of our friends and thoroughly are enjoying the food! All deli meat was sliced razor thin, just the way it’s supposed to be. Very flavorful. The staff there were super friendly and you felt like you were home! I will return for sure!“

“I stopped in with my fiancé today. He got a sandwich and I ordered the fresh fruit salad and mozzarella tomato salad. I went to my car and opened both containers and the fresh fruit salad had gone bad. I took it in and the team was absolutely excellent at exchanging it. They smelled the salad and agreed with me something unfortunately went bad in the salad. They exchanged it out for something different and I went about my day. 10/10 recommend. They have awesome customer service and they were super apologetic!“

Just to die for! The crust was perfectly browned and crispy, and it has just the right flaky texture to cradle a juicy filling full of intense flavors.
