I have never had such AMAZING Beignets outside of NOLA along with the hash browned potatoes and onions. omfg so delicious I am dreaming of them 2 days later
This place is amazing! We've been searching for a great breakfast (and lunch) place in Torrington and this place definitely fits the bill. Amazing food, great service and a hometown feel. Portions are huge and delicious. You have to try the peach crepes if they're on the specials menu. For the slightly less adventurous, the cheese omelette with sourdough toast (2 different kinds) is wonderful. Can't say enough about this restaurant. We'll be back soon!
Food was absolutely amazing. We had a slightly large order for pick up. Everything from the customer service to the food was wonderful. We will definitely be ordering again.

Angie's, a cozy and welcoming breakfast spot, offers an amazing dining experience with generous portions of home-cooked meals. The French toast is freshly prepared, and the eggs are cooked to perfection, either scrambled with cheese or as desired. The corn beef hash, sourdough bread, home fries, and large, light, and airy pancakes are all praised for their excellent taste. The egg and cheese on a hard roll is considered one of the best in the area, and the salads also look great.
The restaurant often features weekend specials that change between Saturday and Sunday, so customers are encouraged to check the Facebook page before visiting to see what's cooking. Highly recommended dishes include the biscuits and gravy, which are considered comfort food at its best, and the cinnamon pancakes, which are equally delightful.
The service is friendly, and everything is made fresh, so customers are advised to be patient as good food cannot be rushed. Whether a regular or a passing-through visitor, Angie's is the kind of place that feels like home and leaves customers feeling satisfied. The unique menu items, such as the apple cider donut French toast with apple glaze and the fancy grilled cheese on garlic bread, are all delicious and worth the visit.
