The Vernon location is the definition of hell on earth.
I ordered from the Moe’s app yesterday (which uses an outside delivery service), and the delivery service majorly messed up. They canceled my order after Moe’s had already made it. I called, they said I could pick it up, so we did. My order had been labeled wrong, and when I got home, it wasn’t the right food AT ALL. I called again, and I believe I spoke to a manager who said he would personally remake our food and we could come pick it up. My husband and I made the trek...read full review
