I gave this place 3 tries before leaving a poor review because I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. In my last 3 visits here between December and January, I received the wrong order once after waiting 15 minutes behind 1 other customer. I waited another 15 to get the correct order. The next time I ordered a chicken sandwich and a frosty. Took about 20 minutes and I was, again, behind 1 other person. Worst fast food restaurant ever. Slow, rude, dirty, order always wrong. The manager is very rude and never wearing a mask properly. No one ever seems to know what's going on. They argue with customers, mess up orders, and take forever doing it. Refused a refund on an item from a mobile order that they didn't have.
