“I Didn’t Expect to Order the Whole Menu… But I’m Glad I Did!

What started as a quick lunch stop turned into a full-on Popeyes feast! I visited the Popeyes on Thurston Avenue in Waterbury with my family today and ended up ordering nearly everything on the menu — the total came to around $200.

To my surprise, the entire order was ready in under 10 minutes. Yes, under 10 minutes! Everything came out piping hot, fresh, and packed with that classic Popeyes flavor we all love. It tasted just as good as it did months ago — consistent, crispy, and delicious.

The real highlight? The customer service. The team was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The manager, a kind lady who clearly knows how to treat customers right, made the whole experience feel special. Her positive attitude and warm approach easily made her a 10/10 in customer service.

The store was also impressively clean and well-maintained, making it a great environment to enjoy our meal. We genuinely enjoyed every bite and every moment.
