“Well the atmosphere is ok even thought it looks like from the ghetto still that fried chicken taste real good which went last week didn’t know there was one in Bristol. Love the biscuit and in the future will go again. The owner was very professional. The lady behind the counter was nice but needs to smile at least for the customers. But other than that it was too delicious!“

My husband and I went for a late lunch. I had the 8 piece chicken nuggets w/ French fries. It was absolutely disgusting. The French fries had been sitting around and were barely lukewarm and hard. The chicken nuggets weren't nuggets. They were uneven chunks of chicken which were no bigger than my fingernail. The dipping sauce container looked 3 times bigger than the nugget. I can't believe KFC would put out such a substandard product like this and expect a customer to be remotely happy, let along satisfied. My husband's side to his 2 piece chicken with mashed potatoes an gravy was a chalky texture and flavorless. The chicken seemed smaller than we are used to having at KFC. The owner of this franchise should be ashamed iof themselves for presenting this poor quality of food put out to be sold. The pictures on the wall does not represent the size, shape nor quality that we experienced today. We will NEVER be back at this KFC again!!“

“I Didn’t Expect to Order the Whole Menu… But I’m Glad I Did!
What started as a quick lunch stop turned into a full-on Popeyes feast! I visited the Popeyes on Thurston Avenue in Waterbury with my family today and ended up ordering nearly everything on the menu — the total came to around $200.
To my surprise, the entire order was ready in under 10 minutes. Yes, under 10 minutes! Everything came out piping hot, fresh, and packed with that classic Popeyes flavor we all love. It tasted just as good as it did months ago — consistent, crispy, and delicious.
The real highlight? The customer service. The team was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The manager, a kind lady who clearly knows how to treat customers right, made the whole experience feel special. Her positive attitude and warm approach easily made her a 10/10 in customer service.
The store was also impressively clean and well-maintained, making it a great environment to enjoy our meal. We genuinely enjoyed every bite and every moment.
