I pulled to the front of the store and waited. And waited. There were only 5-6 customers in the time I waited. 25 minutes later they still hadn't brought my food out! I went back through the drive-thru and got my food. So annoyed.“

She was so lovely and saved me from starvation! As someone who's worked in food service for years, this is what we call going the extra mile!
