Very Disappointing Customer Service
I’ve visited the Popeyes on Pershing Drive multiple times, and unfortunately, the customer service continues to be disappointing. During my most recent visit, I politely asked if I could get only legs and thighs with my order. I was told it would be a 30-minute wait, which I understood. I then asked if I could include wings instead, and the employee visibly huffed and puffed before responding, “I’ll see.”

Dump. Told me need to cook chicken 8-10 min. 20 min later oh what you order. We lost your ticket. 30 min later food arrived. I was in drive thru. Crazy goofing off.
They be giving the smallest pieces of chicken tenders known to man kind. I pay a certain amount of money for this certain type of protein and it didn’t meant the standards
