One of the most racist experiences I have ever experienced. Ordered something off the menu. The waitress said the machine is broken we can’t make that. Less than 5 minutes later another customer came in and ordered the exact same thing and magically it was now available. When I questioned them about it they said oh we fixed the machine. Unreal!!!!!!!

I was on a trip to Connecticut. I am from Albany, New York and I love halal food. I came to this restaurant and ordered a plate of biryani with chicken. It was amazing, the taste was fantastic, and the place was organized and clean. I will come back to this place in the future.

I love this place but they are getting so greedy ! 5 for one piece of garlic naan? 20 for chicken & rice ??? Chicken is the cheapest protein & they give a really small portion . This place is going downhill

Used to come here often. This time was horrible and I’ll never come back. I smelled something burning for a long time while waiting, wasn’t until I got home with the meals that I realized it was my Chana masala burning. All I could taste was char, seemed they attempted to scoop out the burnt pieces and 90% of the sauce went with it because what I got was a handful of half burnt chickpeas, and the couple tablespoons of sauce that made it into the container tasted like it was burned to hell. On top of that, my son never got the salad with his dish, and they tried charging $5 for the rice that clearly states in the menu that it comes with it. When I noticed it, he said “oh the kebab plates don’t come with rice anymore. Well it says it does on the menu, and it also says it comes with salad. And even if it didn’t , I hadn’t ordered rice because it came with it so if your menu is wrong and it doesn’t come with rice and I didn’t ask for it why would you put it in there and then charge me for it? And where was the salad? I didn’t eat my burnt food by the way. It went strait in the trash. Thanks for wasting my money Absolutely horrible

What a meal! We had a grill combo for two and added the butter chicken. Each type of meat was prepared perfectly. The Mets were juicy and tender (never tough or dry). Wow!!!! I had never tried whole wheat naan and it was fresh from the oven. Our plate go two could have easily fed four. Great value! Family vibe! We will be back again and again.
First things first, great place for a family dine in, went here for my brothers birthday recently on Monday, I got veggie curry with garlic naan, and it was tasty. Been going here since I lived in waterbury, im out of there now, and still a great place to go. I recommend the veggie curry for sure. Mediocre service its just normal nothing crazy, and its not bad either.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Hasana's Grill. I had planned to dine in at the restaurant, but when I arrived at 8:55pm, I was told that dine-in was closed. This was despite the fact that the restaurant was scheduled to close at 10:00pm. To make matters worse, when I asked for take away, I was told that I could only order from three dishes on the menu, with no salads or sides. This was extremely disappointing, as I had been looking forward to trying the full range of dishes on the menu. I understand that the staff may have wanted to leave early, but this should not have been at the expense of the customers. I will not be returning to Hasana's Grill in the future.
Update on this : still the worst service provided. I was there back to feel better from my previous experience. But, I regret it now. I was there October,13, 2024 and showed the lady at the counter and told her that I was promised with a $20 off but she said it was nothing they did at Husnas grill and also she said the comment was from last year. What do you expect me to come the next day after a bad experience?
I am not going back again and do not recommend the restaurant for their services.
