Subway in Waterbury

“First time having Subway, and it was phenomenal. Best sandwich ever, “the rotisserie-style chicken". The staff was nice ,very polite and welcoming. Very good place to eat at, I would choose it over a lot of other places. I really recommend a lot of people to go try it out.??“

“I stop by this Subway pretty often, and Priya who works there has kinda become my friend. As soon as I walk in, she already knows if I’m in the mood for a BMT or just turkey and cheese. It’s honestly the best feeling, makes the place feel super welcoming. I really love coming here now.“

Kid-friendliness: We have a 3 year daughter and she was more than able to order what she wanted with the staff the lady behind the counter had a younger daughter herself so the conversation was endless of course, but all in all it was EASY to bring my daughter there and I'm so thankful for that!

Parking: Subway is located in a plaza with a decent size parking lot.“

“This place seems to consistently deliver quality fresh sandwiches and cookies. Definitely one of my favorite Subways in the city. Just watch out what you get charged for. I've had a couple "slip-ups" at the register where I was overcharged significantly. Hopefully it was an honest mistake, but I'm on watch now“

“This subway is great the staff is amazing so I'm giving 5 stars. However the hours on the building as well as the hours online are incorrect. I was informed they close at 7 when I went today as I went there at 8:40 last night thinking they would be open til 9.“

“I have been to this location twice with my daughter. Both times the woman working behind the counter was EXCEPTIONAL! She was incredibly friendly, went above and beyond, she even remembered us from the last time we were in (weeks earlier). Employees like this are hard to find! We will be back for sure!“

“It was on par with a place to get food inside a department store in a the food was good but the location isn't great. I really could have done without the customers that were pretending that they could not hear or understand the staff, that was really annoying.“
