Subway in Waterbury

“First time having Subway, and it was phenomenal. Best sandwich ever, “the rotisserie-style chicken". The staff was nice ,very polite and welcoming. Very good place to eat at, I would choose it over a lot of other places. I really recommend a lot of people to go try it out.??“

Kid-friendliness: We have a 3 year daughter and she was more than able to order what she wanted with the staff the lady behind the counter had a younger daughter herself so the conversation was endless of course, but all in all it was EASY to bring my daughter there and I'm so thankful for that!

Parking: Subway is located in a plaza with a decent size parking lot.“

“This place seems to consistently deliver quality fresh sandwiches and cookies. Definitely one of my favorite Subways in the city. Just watch out what you get charged for. I've had a couple "slip-ups" at the register where I was overcharged significantly. Hopefully it was an honest mistake, but I'm on watch now“

“I have been to this location twice with my daughter. Both times the woman working behind the counter was EXCEPTIONAL! She was incredibly friendly, went above and beyond, she even remembered us from the last time we were in (weeks earlier). Employees like this are hard to find! We will be back for sure!“

“I’ve been going to subway since I was a kid and while the 5$ foot long isn’t around the place is still amazing. I came to this locations they didn’t charge me for the chips and cookies and I came here a while ago and the owner accepted Venmo as payment great place great people I wish nothing but success. The food is great too I always get a meatball grinder 100% beef meatballs u can’t beat it!“

“It was on par with a place to get food inside a department store in a the food was good but the location isn't great. I really could have done without the customers that were pretending that they could not hear or understand the staff, that was really annoying.“
