Subway in Bristol

“I love going to this subway simply cause I used to manage it when I was 17 Years old. Well I was in there the other night and ordered a sandwich. Unfortunately when I went to pay my card was not working due to a fraudulent charge . The girl told me it was OK and that she'd use her sub bucks to pay for it. I was a little embarrassed but very grateful she helped me out instead of throwing it out and sending me on my way. So tonight I repayed her with 20 bucks. She seemed very grateful for that . Terry if your reading this give her a raise lol i think her name is Rebecca . People like her are worth their weight in gold and are a complete asset to your company.I'm glad you still have awesome employees at this location!! I will never stop going to this location!“

“Plenty of parking..place was clean..friendly and wasn’t too busy. Owner/Franchisee was there and was the one to build the sandwiches.
Coupon users - heads up and this is why I gave a 4*..it says on the coupons that it Excludes the following: Sidekicks, Monster, MexiCali, Beast and Garlic Roast Beef…at this establishment and apparently the one on Farmington Ave (which told me I can get anything that’s not listed on the coupon) you are only allowed a choice of 5 sandwiches..Tuna, Turkey, Meatball, Veggie and another one…mind you, the Turkey Club is 12.49 for a footlong and say the outlaw is 13.49. His words were “we lose money if we don’t limit what people can get as far as steaks and chicken”….i get it, you’re in business..you have costs and overhead..but still, is $1 gonna break the bank..either way, good experience.
Sandwich build - meatball..wanted untoasted, and was how I asked…could’ve used a bit more black olives, but no complaints. Turkey Club..same, was how I asked and came with a healthy portion of toppings.
Chicken Footlong Sidekick - was good..one side seemed burnt while other side seemed uncooked…gave me a cup of honey mustard as asked (was told I could get another sauce or could get another one).
I’ll go back again sometime to try again..I’m just never on that side of town…but there’s a ton of sandwich shops and delis in the area too.
On a scale of 1-5…I’d say a 4.1 is about right for the reviews.“

“The food was great, fresh, as it should be .The service was exceptional, how I wish every subway was! Clean restaurant , the veggies were crisp and fresh. We have been to many subways in several states, this was the best. They are doing a great job! The young woman who waited on us Thursday afternoon with a braid should get a raise. She's on top of it.“

“There was a customer speaking to a Walmart employee shouting at her loudly to speak to her because they were at opposite ends of the Cafe. Very disruptive to those of us trying to eat, relax, and have conversation with the people we were with. The manager of Subway should have said something to her and no one did.“

“On Sunday, November 30th, 2025 at 7:40 PM a friend of mine and I were in the mood for Subway well, we opened the door to enter and my friend asked the male teenager worker if you guys were closed. The worker was mopping at the time. He told us that that Subway was closed. I thought your Subway closed at like 9/9:30 PM? I definitely been here before on a Sunday, I'm really confused! Especially since the hours are posted outside of the door. I feel like he just lied because he was mopping and didn't want us the mess up the floor or something. Like I said it was 7:49 PM. I will definitely understand if you guys had to close early for personal reasons. It's just how he went about it. I'm sorry to complain. I'm just letting you know just in case he wasn't supposed to do that. I doubt he is the business owner or has the authority to making that decision to close the restaurant early! Also, if the restaurant is closed the door should ALWAYS be locked!!!! I also doubt that money in the register is his! I don't know him , but from how he acted he's very irresponsible!!! 🤯 I will definitely be coming back but not on Sunday nights again. This is my first bad experience here so far. 🍀“

“Marks service was above and beyond perfect. We had a large order and his customer service was amazing he makes all our food quickly efficient and delicious. Definitely will be coming back. And he let us know about the great app and rewards program.“
